Refund and Returns Policy

Source Code Fashions LLC aims to maintain clear and reasonable return and refund procedures. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be reviewed and processed.

  • Sale or clearance items, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or care

How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an incorrect or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Return Inspection and Refund Processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges
